The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy educates the public about rodeo, its history and impact on Western American culture, and provides recognition to rodeo notables of the past and present and serves as an inspiration for the future.

Panoramic Photographs that have been conserved by the Conservation Center for Art and Historic Artifacts. The conservation was helped in part by a Save America's Treasures Grant administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Since its opening in 1979, the Hall of Fame has inducted 279 individuals, 35 animals, and 30 rodeo committees. Their biographies, as well as those of other rodeo contestants and contributors, can be found here.
BiographiesFeatured Collection
The Hafley Shelton Collection contains over 600 pieces of memorabilia from the California Frank Wild West Show. The show toured in the early 1900s before Frank Hafely retired to raise cattle near Monte Vista, Colorado.
