Metal case made of tubular compartments to hold glass vials with medicine in them. Spring closure with metal syringe inset into metal case which can be removed. Screw mechanism releases spring closure. Engraved into the front of the case: Military Pat May 22,1900, The Randall FA. Jogney Co. Boston U.S.A.
